This easy to install gas grate allows for the conversion of your existing solid fuel Home Fires fireplace to the convenience of a gas fireplace. A new fireplace can also be bought in an already converted form. This conversion grate is available in a very realistic coal imitation effect. This user friendly gas grate is available in 13 different sizes, which can be installed into a range of 15 different existing Home Fires fireplaces.

There are many people who would rather have the convenience of a gas fireplace, which still looks authentic, has consistent heat output, and does not require regular cleaning.

An annual service is required.

The one year guarantee against heat damage, faulty workmanship or material, along with Home Fires’ after sales service will give you the peace of mind that you deserve. A registered gas installer must do the gas connection.

The existing grate basket for solid fuel is retained without the loose fire grid when the conversion is done.
